Initial Consultation $150


This is an in-depth consultation that includes an NuVision biofeedback analysis that will enable us to determine specifically which stressors your body is struggling with. The initial consult will be between a 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Sessions can be held in my office or by video conference on the computer, whichever you prefer. 


 ***All first time appointments must choose this option..***

Follow-up $65


This session is for a follow-up appointment. These sessions are usually 45 minutes to an hour. Sessions can be held in the office or by video conference on the computer, whichever you prefer.       

Follow-ups appointments are  scheduled for 4 - 6 weeks after your initial session and then every 2 months thereafter. Or sooner based on your particular situation.

Family Packages Available


Family discounts are based on the number of members in the family and scheduling requirements. Please contact me to discuss further.

How to Make an Appointment

#2 Sign Agreement for Services & Review Cancellation Policy

Read over and sign the Agreement for Wellness Services form which will then be submitted electronically. Only need to sign this agreement once.

Cancellation Policy

Missed Appointment Policy

My goal is to provide quality individualized services in a timely manner. No-shows, late shows and cancellations inconvenience those individuals who need access to my services. I would like to remind you of my policy regarding missed appointments.

The first time there is a “no-show”, late cancellation, or cancellation without a reasonable excuse there will be no charge to the client. A 2nd occurrence will result in a fee of the visit. The 3rd occurrence will be the fee of the visit and the client may be discharged from the practice.

Cancellation of an Appointment

In order to be respectful of the needs of other clients, please be courteous and call my office promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. 

This time will be reallocated to someone who is in need of services. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, I require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another client access to timely services.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

To cancel your appointment, please call 615-369-0714. If you do not reach me, you may leave a detailed message on my voice mail. 

If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please leave your name and phone number. I will return your call promptly.

Late Cancellations

A cancellation is considered to be late when the appointment is cancelled without a 24 hour advance notice.

No Show Policy

A “no-show”, is a client who misses an appointment without cancelling it. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded as a “no-show”. This includes arriving 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. 

First Time Clients

For New Client's first visit, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new client fee / no refund.
